"Who says she cant pursue her dreams?" In line with our cause to further women participation in the global music community, AfroLit have created an institution dubbed, ‘Afro Queens’ which would serve as a funnel for emerging female song writers, singers and producers into the limelight of the industry.
For its first edition, the Afro Queens concept would involve an online contest, wherein winners would be selected to participate in a recording camp. The camp would herald some of the best tunes ever made by females in the world and it would be curated into the annual #AfroQueens album series, which would begin this year.
