RECOMMENDED WATCHING: Gangs of Lagos: I have to say, for the past few years now I have been highly impressed with the quality of Nollywood movies. Gangs of Lagos is no exception, there are so many things I love about the movie, maybe I'm biased being a Lagosian (from Isale Eko) myself. One thing that can not be denied whether one is a consanguineous of Lagos or not is the production quality. The choreographed fight scenes including the aerial shots were awesome. The story line resonated on multiple levels , you could tell that some time was spent doing the required research to tell a compelling story- The actors played their part well and I loved the cross pollination between our beloved Afrobeats artists and Nollywood- This is the growth we need.
